I wanted to try an old French server provider named Serverox.
after many tests I'm not that sure it 'll pwn for all european people but I had one of those few years before and german people was pinging nice on it.

Sometimes it displays 2 of PL but I have never experienced any laggs
My ping compared to VG server: 16 on VG / 24 on Serverox New serv
Linux server (that's why I put a tickrate of 40 but maybe I will fix it back to 35 when I will have your ping returns)
Same admin rights for old soa admins
Rented for 1 test month / 4 slots
