the default netspeed is 10000 if you click F6 you can see.

i configured the netspeed to 20000 and when i restart UT2004 the netspeed come back to 10000 :(sceptique):

I think it's better this way because if i remember good 20000 is way too much , i have 6000 or 5000 netspeed

Open your user.ini and search for "netspeed"(Ctrl + F). I've found 2 lines : "bDynamicNetSpeed=True" and "[Engine.Player] ConfiguredInternetSpeed=10000". Maybe try to edit those settings. The other solution is to make a bind, for example : "X=netspeed 20000".
